Justin and Selena Gomez, 18, were recently spotted leaving an International House of Pancakes IHOP on Walnut street in Philadelphia on Wednesday.
JB and Selgom had shared breakfast on the same side of the booth.
A source tells TMZ that Justin and Gomez was holding hands and “cuddly” throughout the meal. The two were later photographed walking arm-in-arm.
Nothing has yet been confirmed about their relationship.
